How to set on iPhone

On iPhone, set up call forwarding from the “Settings” menu.

1. Tap the “Settings” icon on the home screen.
2. Tap “Phone”.
3. Tap “Auto Call Forwarding”.
4. Toggle the switch for Automatic Call Forwarding to ON.
5. Enter the forwarding phone number.

This completes the settings. If you want to stop forwarding calls, toggle the switch for Automatic Call Forwarding to off.

How to set up on an Android smartphone

On Android smartphones, make forwarding settings from the menu of the “Phone” app.

1. Tap “Phone”.
2. Tap the three dots to bring up the menu.
3. Tap “Settings”.
4. Tap “Call”.
5. Tap “Call service settings”.
6. Tap “Voice mail/Call forwarding”.

8. Select a ring time.
9. Enter the forwarding phone number.
10. Tap Confirm.

You can also log in to SoftBank’s dedicated customer site “My Softbank” and set it up.

1. Log in to My Softbank ( https://www.softbank.jp/mysoftbank/ ).
2. Check “Forward to specified phone number”.
