You can view the Microsoft 365 app launcher by accessing Office.com from your browser and clicking the waffle menu displayed in the upper left corner of the screen.

How to manage pinned tiles (add/delete)

Add Pin

Open Microsoft 365 app launcher

  1. Click “All apps”
  2. Hover over the app you want to pin and click Details (…)
  3. Click Pin to Launcher

Remove pin

  1. Open Microsoft 365 app launcher
  2. Hover over the app you want to unpin and click Details (…)
  3. Click “Unpin”

If you use the corresponding service of the Microsoft 365 app launcher, it will be automatically pinned as a recently used app, so if you don’t need it, unpin it with the above operation.
