- Confirm My Personal Meeting ID (PMI) and change settings (* Pro account or above is required to change ID)

You can check and edit users registered with Zoom on the Contacts tab of the desktop app.
This page is for starting chats and meetings from each user‘s information, and deleting unnecessary contacts.

Host a meeting from your desktop app
There are two ways to hold a meeting on Zoom’s desktop app: launch an immediate meeting or schedule a meeting for a later date.
If you want to start the meeting immediately
- Launch the Zoom desktop app and click “New Meeting”
- Click “Start meeting” (If you use My Personal Meeting ID, turn it on and click)
- Click “Participants” from the toolbar at the bottom of the screen
- Click “Invite”
- Notify the invitation URL by email or chat within Zoom
To schedule for a specific date and time
- Launch the Zoom desktop app and click Schedule.
- Set meeting dates, scheduled times, passwords, etc.
- Click “Save”
- Set members to invite and timing of notifications

Join a meeting from the desktop app
To join the meeting, simply click the invitation URL with the desktop application downloaded and installed.
