Transfer a call from your desktop

Select “Forward” from the options and enter the name of the user to whom you want the call to be forwarded. When the forwarding destination information is displayed, if you select it, the incoming call will be forwarded to the specified other party’s terminal.

Forward calls on mobile

If you’re using Teams on mobile, select ‘Transfer’ while on a call, then ‘More Actions’ .

Then select “Transfer Now” and enter the forwarding user. When the user’s information is displayed, it is possible to transfer the incoming call to another terminal by selecting it.

How to set group simultaneous ring

By creating a group in advance in Teams, you can call the phones of all the members who belong to it at the same time.

If you are using this function for the first time, select “Teams” at the top of the Zoom webinar window smaller, other options will move to [ Details ]. There are also new settings and select “Call settings” .

Then select “Call Forwarding” from “Call Answering Rules ” and select “Call Group” .

You can add up to 25 users to a group. When the user’s information is entered and the setting is completed, the corresponding user will be notified.

By the way, Teams can also be set to prioritize and transfer from the top user instead of calling all the Channels . You can add contacts, create contact groups at the same time.
