How to edit shortcuts (Windows/Mac)

  1. Launch Zoom desktop client
  2. Click your Zoom room display. If the video is off, this will show or hide your name or profile picture in the top right corner of the screen
  3. Click “Settings” (gear icon)
  4. Click “Keyboard Shortcuts”
  5. Click the shortcut you want to change the hotkey for
  6. Press any key to edit shortcut

Some shortcuts can also be used as global shortcuts (shortcuts that work even when Zoom is not running).
